multiple readings. I loved the feel of the pages as I turned
them. I would classify this book as a useful, inspirational,
self-help tool for those searching for inner peace. Wayne
shares his personal experiences while he searches to
come to turns with himself and life in general through this
beautiful work of art.

Undercurrent Blues Has A Rhythm of Its Own - Poetry Book Review
On July 17, 2005 Cahuenga Press released Undercurrent Blues by James Cushing (Cahuenga is a cooperative press and Undercurrent Blues is the 14th book they have published since their inception in 1989). The collection includes poems written from 1989 through 1991 and 1997 through 2002. If you?re like me, you immediately ask where 1992 through 1996 went. Mr. Cushing explains the skip in time in his Author?s Note at the beginning of the book. Basically, the poetry included reflects the first 25 years of his writing life.

Dragon Tales - Book Review
Dragon Tales by Mary C. Fairbanks is truly and entertaining
book, chock full of twenty-four dragon stories. Perfect for
youth from the age of five to fifteen, even adults would be
charmed by its pages. The images are unique and
interesting, with a style that left me with the impression they
were created on a computer.
Constantine
Loosely based on the graphic novel Hellraiser, Constantine follows the life of John Constantine (Keanu Reeves) a man with limited time on this earth due to his constant chain smoking, and a determination to work his way back into heaven by killing demons that have crossed our earthly plain, since he will be denied access because of a suicide attempt he made as a child. Since Constantine is based on Catholic doctrine, suicide is a mortal sin and therefore guarantees you a one way trip to hell, one Constantine is desperately seeking to avoid.
Erasure and the Othering of Texts
Percival Everett?s Erasure takes a look at how racism affects various aspects of our lives that we may be unaware of. An excellent example of this is when Ellison ventures into the bookstore to look for his novel only to realize that they are in the Africa-American literature section. A place, as he points out, that is wholly inappropriate for the type of novels he writes and makes it impossible for anyone who might be interested in his re-workings of obscure Greek texts.

Giving Feedback or Writing Reviews of Bad Stuff
Some book reviewers say that when they don't like a book, they simply don't review it. I'd love to take the easy way out, but when I think about it from a reader's perspective? I want to know when a book sucks. I recently had to give low ratings to a book. I posted it on Amazon and no where else. More people find the book on Amazon than on my site or other places where I post reviews.
