The World is Flat - This Book by Thomas L Friedman has Taken the Online Entrepreneurs by Storm
The New York Times' columnist visits India often. I read about his new book The World is Flat in his interview with a leading Indian National newspaper. The tête-à-tête in general awakened my senses.. most of the interview revolved around internet and its major impact on business community in general. Let us focus upon one facet - the possibility of making money online. According to his new book The World is Flat (and how right he is!) Internet has been successful in providing all of us with a platform to grow. Internet has provided each one of us with an equal opportunity and scope to make use of it and make money
online. A simple, single handedly well managed website can earn the webmaster a fortune. An idea single mindedly managed did make Sabeer Bhatia the 'Hotmail guy' a billionaire! And the internet has gone far beyond and its scope has expanded many times since... No more exceptions now. We can all work on the internet. work from home. And make money online. Whether you have limited resources or unlimited, whether you want to write your own book and sell it or sell a book written by somebody, you want to sell a software, new tactic, an idea, information, database... whatever. You can market it on your own, you can take help of professionals... the options are limitless.... you can make money working on the internet as you
want. You could be a student, retired, a team of like minded people, some one who wants extra income and wants to work from home part-time in spare time... you just name it and the possibility of making money online exists already. The World is Flat. One platform - for everyone and anyone. Equal scope- for a newbie or veteran alike. The timing and situation is perfect. The question is "Are you ready for it?" The suggestion is, give it a thought. The author is Purva Mewar webmaster of Work at Home Based Business websites, http://www.yesearnformhome.com and http://www.work-at-home-earn-extra-income.com

How Would You Move Mount Fuji? - AchieveMax® Top Ten Book Review
For a number of reasons, today's hiring managers from Wall Street to the Silicon Valley are totally restructuring their approach to interviewing job prospects. Few will admit it has anything to do with the fact that our litigious society makes it very difficult to ask almost any personal question of today's job applicant. The majority of those interviewing today don't even bother checking references because they know anyone they call will provide little or no information on the employee in question for fear of legal retribution. Again, few will admit these facts for obvious reasons. However, for these and other motives including a hypercompetitive global marketplace, a hot new trend in hiring is emerging. "Puzzle interviews" using tough and tricky questions to gauge job candidates' intelligence, imagination, and problem-solving ability, are becoming the norm in many companies.

Men of Extreme Action - Book Review

fight scenes and sabotage.
Selling Goodness-Introduction To The Book
Unfortunately, I have seen too many of even the most noble and vitally needed
charitable nonprofits fade into obscurity, never having accomplished the
laudable goals they set out to achieve. In most cases, the reason for their
demise is that they did not promote themselves with vigor and assertiveness.
They either failed to learn to use public relations (PR) to their advantage or they
did not avail themselves of the services of professionals who could have
launched their causes into the limelight and helped them get the momentum,
manpower, and funds they needed to stay alive.
Amapola - Book Review
Alan Heywood writes a stimulating, though sometimes
improbable, adventure novel in Amapola. What I mean by
this is that the characters are seemingly very lucky or were
simply at the right place, at the right time. Yet, other scenes
are somewhat reminiscent of a James Bond movie. I liked
the humor Alan dabbled throughout the novel and admired
the strong female characters. This book certainly has a
heavy slant towards the importance of friendships and a
pro-Canada theme ? which I loved.
